Shipping Address
When placing your order, the shipping address you enter is automatically imported into our shipping system. Please double-check for any typos or errors before submitting your order, as we rely on the information you provide. If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before the package ships.
Free Shipping to U.S.
Our free shipping applies to all eligible orders within the United States, and will usually be USPS First Class with tracking, but larger orders may ship via USPS Priority, UPS, or Fedex.
Orders are shipped from western North Carolina typically within 3 business days. Standard USPS shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Expedited options are available upon checkout, but we do have additional options that may not be listed. Please contact us if you have an urgent need and we'll do our best to accommodate.
International shipping timelines are difficult to predict. Standard international shipping averages between 15-20 days, and may be longer depending on your country. Expedited international shipping options could arrive as soon as 3-5 days. Most often, delays occur during customs import/duty clearing within the destination country.
International Shipping
We are able to ship internationally pretty much anywhere. We primarily use USPS or UPS for international shipping, both available options during checkout. We can also use Fedex or DHL, although you may need to contact us for a quote since these carriers are not listed as an option upon checkout.
Please note, we must ship DDU, which means you're responsible for any customs, duty, or import taxes. There may be no charge, the customer may be responsible for any charges, or charges may be covered by the carrier service (like USPS or UPS Expedited). Please note that rules and services vary depending on the destination country and carrier. It's always best to ask your preferred carrier ahead of time regarding customs, duty, or import taxes.
Missing or Lost Shipments
While it's uncommon, shipments can occasionally go missing. More frequently, delays, tracking glitches, or even package theft may occur. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
From our experience, about 1% of shipments may show no tracking updates for several days, only to suddenly resume movement once located in the warehouse. It’s frustrating, we know—but it usually resolves itself within a week.
In rare cases, packages marked as “delivered” may actually arrive a day or two later. This can happen if the carrier scans the package prematurely while it's still in the truck. We're all human, and mistakes happen.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please note that we can only guarantee delivery confirmation from the carrier. Unfortunately, if theft is suspected, we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds. If this is a concern, we recommend requesting a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery—just let us know at checkout.
Once your order ships, the tracking information we provide is the same as what we receive. For more detailed updates, contacting your local post office or carrier dispatch may be helpful.
